I have to have the FSH boodtest on the 3rd day of my period. Well on Friday about 5pm I got one spotting, and that was about it till about 5 in the morning and then i started my reg. period. on sat. So do I go Sunday or Monday for bloodwork?  (The other thing is my lab is closed on sunday, so I don't know what to do)

I agree...spotting doesn't count. The first day of regular flow is cycle day 1.

My RE explained that the first morning of seeing clear red blood should count as day one.  So if your period start late in the day or during the evening - count the next morning
as day one.  So, you can have your FSH count done on Monday.  Good luck!
