Fertility insurance information for donor recipients.

I was wondering if anyone had any information on insurance plans that cover infertility treatments over the age of 44? I am also interested in coverage for donor eggs. Thanks.

I have heard that if you live in New Jersey, the health insurance employers offer is required to carry this kind of coverage.  It's the only place I've ever heard anyone anecdotally comment that they got coverage for IVF.  Good luck finding it.
