Follies?
I had a vaginal ultrasound yesterday to measure my follies this month. I have 2 that measured 15 and 18, I was instructed to take trigger shot the next night so that the 15 would have a chance to grow a little more. What I don't understand is this- are my chances of conceiving greater with 2 good size follicles than if I only had 1? Does anyone know? I know only one realeases the egg so how are 2 better than 1?
Hi I have 2 follies almost same size as your I have 14, 17, 19.5 and I did the HCG shot the next day after the ultrasoun. We BD at night of the shot the next day and the day after and now I am 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Good luck to you!!

Hope you're doing well! Your chance is definitely increased by having two eggs instead of one, because if they're both mature (which they should be by the time you ovulate), they should BOTH release...especially with a trigger! There are exceptions of course...but generally all mature follicles release an egg with a trigger! Best of luck this month!
