Gonna try again

Thanks for reading

My wife and I have been pregnant twice. The first time we got pregnant we were really young and in college. We made a really hard decision that since has haunted us we got an abortion. That was about three years ago about six months ago we got pregnant again and since we both finished college we decided to go forward with it. Anyway two and a half months in to the pregnancy we miscarried. We had no insurance so she had no prenatal care. We did not take the fetus to the doctor all we did was cry. A few months ago my wife  went to the doctor and had a physical and blood test. Her blood test was okay, but it revealed a iron defiency and the doctor said this could have been the reason for the miscarriage, but there was no way to tell for sure. Anyway fast forward to last week i had a hormone test done and it revealed low testosterone my total level was 379, but there was alot of things surrounding the test. At the time I thought I had cancer. I was not in good health sleep, nutrition, stress..... I lost about 21 pounds in 3 weeks. I have been much healthier lately and am feeling better. My testosterone is within the normal range, but low the range is like 200-1000. I know my levels are higher now. I haven't tested my sperm count lately, but about 4 years ago in a physical I requested one. It came back normal. My penis is above average and my testicles are at least normal size from what i have read. Could my low testosterone be a sign that the miscarriage was my fault? I am overweight and I used to smoke cigarettes for about 8 years I quit about two months ago.

Please don't judge that we had an abortion. we were scared and we regret it everyday.

Early misscarriage is due to fetal abnormality typically.  Mother nature usually knows what she's doing.  I'm so sorry for your loss....Chin up and try again when you're ready.  All the best.

I am not sure what exactly caused a miscarrege because no one could really tell..I had a m/c and my hubby's sperm was normal..many women have a m/c, and all I can say is TRY AGAIN :) Don't worry about anything, it will happen! I am scared myself but it doesn't stop me from trying..
also, a good thing is to quit smoking, drinking, less stress and excercise!! loosing wait is a good thing too!
I hope that your wife can get preggo again and can carry the baby to the full term! Good luck to her and me!
Thanks,
Anya
