sperm falls out---advice?

we usually BD in the morning.  and i wait about 20 minutes before getting up.  then, i usually go about my daily routine of exercise, walking around, etc., etc. and it seems to all fall out. is this bad?  advice?  we have been trying for 8 months...

Yeah, lay around 20-30 minutes with your hips elevated.  The semen is falling out....just the fluid that carries the spermies.  If you are really concerned, your Dr. can do a post coital test...bd, then go into the office an hour or so later and he will check to see how many swimmers are still in there.  This also checks for hostile cm.

I had the same question before and the doctor said it's normal.  because not all of it will stay up there.  the good ones get to stay because they are fast.

Nope! Totally normal :-)  All the strong, healthy swimmers will enter the cervix within the first 20 minutes or so. The liquid that comes back out after that is mainly just seminal fluids.
