I had an ectopic in March. My HCG was going up and sometimes doubling, but it was still low for when I got PG. When I agreed to take the methotrexate, I still had some doubt but two weeks later, I had to go to the hospital and have my tube removed because it was bleeding into my abdomen. I never really had any pain until the evening I went to the hospital. Even then, it wasn't intense. Just a nagging ache in my side. That evening I started having chest pains which radiated out toward my armpit. That is what really scared me and convinced me to go to the hospital. Take care of yourself, and I hope it all turns out okay for you.
Oh Tanker that sux. Thank you for your imput.Take care of yourself!
With my ectopic, my hcg was rising normally, but my progesterone was VERY low- less than 4. It did go up with supplements, but we later realized it was an EP.
i alsohad an eptopic mine was in Aug. 06 my numbers never doubled and my progesterone was really low. i kept getting dull aches in my side but ignored them well about a week later i was in so much pain that my dh made me go to the ER and i lost a tube and Ovary. good luck and hopefully all turns out well
So my Numbers never double so I had to go to the ER for methotrexate today. Thank God my DH was there for me it was a hard day. I know if I get any pains to not wait and to go right in. Thanks so much!
I had a pos. pregnancy test (hcg 83) the week of March 19th. On the 24th they told me my hcg had dropped to 53 and that I was miscarrying again. Then on April 4th my hcg was 843. On April 6th it was 1534, then today April 9th it was 3,023. They think it is ectopic, but I don't have any pain or bleeding. Plus, every little pain I freak out! I have a little pressure in my abdomen, but other than that, nothing. When you had ectopic pregnancies, what did your hcg levels do? When I had an ultrasound on the 6th, they found a very small sac in my uterus, but they said it should be much bigger, and at 6 weeks they said they should see a heartbeat. I am just not afraid it may be ectopic. Any help would be appreciated!
