HELP I don't know what's going on

First off my periods are not very regular but since I have lost a lot of weight it seems to be more like a normal period just shorter cycles. Well two days ago when I went to the bathroom there was some blood. But that was the only time there was blood that day. Then yesterday the same thing happened just once during the day there was blood but that's all! Now this morning when I peed, there was a little brown blood. Am I on my period or does this count as just spotting? If I was on a 28 day cycle I would still have 8 days until I am supposed to start. Help please.

Thank you, I will defiantly check that out. Also I did a little research and read that low progesterone will cause abnormal spotting because the uterus needs that hormone for holding up the uterine wall. About a year ago when I had my hormones tested, my doctor told me my progesterone was low and gave me a month of hormones to take. I am not interested in artificial hormones, but I did find a natural progesterone cream and supplements I ordered and I ordered a fertility health supplement and hormone balance supplement. Going to give these a try and if still nothing I will head back to the doctor to see where my hormones are at. I am also going to try and find that Liver Support, that is interesting thank you.

This type of thing happened to me last March and better believe I was calling my gyn peppering him with questions. Well after a sonogram,  which I feel I needed anyway since I have been actively ttc since last September,  to sleep better at night knowing that the coast was clear physically for conception.  Turned out to be false alarm for me because I was off birth control pills since last September and my body was struggling to get back on track hormonal wise. That spotting and my "probing" of my gyn, lol, getting bloodwork testing done and sonograms was just a matter of hormones out of order! Perhaps wait until the full standard 28 days passes and if no flow yet grab a handful of tests from the dollar store and test every other day, the dollar store tests work but maybe get one high end test which has a higher amount of active ingredients to test the beging traces of the pregnacy hormone. And then maybe after a week of that kind of monitoring off to the doctor you go. Check your diet too. For many women to achieve and maintain regular flows it was all about making a major dietary change. Did you know that too much red meat or any meat as well as starches, processed foods like white sugar, white flour, white rice etc will totally mess with the menstral period consistancy, thus cramping and even intensify its scent! Check for a this product called Liver Support by the Vitamin Shoppe, clean and support the liver in its processes of elimination of toxins, balancing your entire digestive system and balance your hormones like the hormones regulating the mentral flow. Eat all the steaks you want but clean out your system. By the way taking that supplement rejuvenates the reproductive system by way of keeping the flora in the intestines balanced and therefore proper elimination of waste products! This in turn leaves  the vagina scent free (not even the scent of pheramones! Okaaayy!) and not at the risk of bacteria getting out of order, therefore the reproductive system out order. Now isn't that something! A whole lot of info but im walking my talk and excited about living better, first and foremost, before I conceive - God willing! Don't fret because no matter what you will be fine ;D Hope this applied data from a self proclaimed nerd (lol) gives you a peace of mind Good luck!
