Drink gatorade as much as possible.  This helps.
As of the pain- I had cramps for about a week post transfer.  I have heard that being bloated is equal to having a mild OHSS.  This is good according to my RE-- meaning your ovaries are working to produce progesterone, which supports the implantation and pregnancy.  And yes, the progesterone supplements do make you feel bloated with cramping. Then you have implantation cramping as well.  Don't worry, take rest as much as you can, forget about the chores, and drink that gatorade.  Good luck!

It's very common to feel bloated after retrieval...and the progesterone supplements don't help either. I was very sore and bloated after mine. Of course, if you start gaining a lot of weight in a short period of time, you should call your doctor and get checked out for OHSS. Best of luck with everything!
