Has your doctor recommended treatment? I was having thyroid problems earlier this year and am now on monthly blood tests to ensure levels stay within normal range. I was told if your thyroid levels are off then it can either cause you to not ovulate or can raise the risk of miscarriage if you conceive. I would definitely seek a doctor's opinion if your having difficulties.
Also, check out this link, it might explain fsh levels
