How Long

Hey all. Its been a while I gave up for a lond time. Now I am back where I started. My doc gave me Clomid day 2-6 I have a 28 day cycle bad cramps day 16 17 do believe by my chart I ovulated around day 18 when I usually ovulate day 12-14. cramps on day 25 really bad I thought I was starting my mensus but I didnt took pre test on day 26 slight slight positive.  Me and hubby had fun cycle day 5-17. Just wondering when will I either see a positive test or my mensus. I heard that clomid changes you cycle today is my 28th day but nothing should I take another pre test or when should I test. anyone had this and was pregnant or is it the clomid that is prolonging my cycle?

I don't know much about clomid.  Did you have a trigger HCG shot?  Unless you had an HCG trigger, I believe any positive you are reading is from HCG your body is making from a pregnancy.  I believe the embryo's placenta produces HCG.  I even had an HCG shot, but it was totally out of my system by 12 days, at which point I started seeing my positive pregnancy test.  I had IVF with a day 5 transfer of two blastocysts.  So the positive was only 5 days after my transfer.  Confirmed the + with a beta test on Monday and then again today.  Good luck.  I really hope it worked for you!!!!
