I wish a baby but I have hormonal problems

Hello,
Could you please help ?
I'm 37 and have a secondary sterility (abortion around 15 years ago).
My latest blood tests, during Dostinex treatment, - day 3, I got 0.29 ng/ml AMH, B inhibin 11,27  ng/l, FSH 5.19 mUl/ml, estradiol 18 pg/ml, Prolactine - 7,76 ng/ml, LH 4,31 mUI/ml.   Do you think could Dostinex affect the result for AMH?

A test 9 months ago, also day 3 test, showed AMH 0.94 microg/L, FSH 4.35 mIU/ml,  estradiol 26.55 pg/ml.
I have some problems with Prolactine - levels taken in 3 different years (2004, 2005, 2009) showed 23.09 ng/mL, 32.56, 42.01. I took Bromocriptin and lately I have taken Dostinex. The treatments were interrupted after around 4 months. I did not get pregnancy during the treatments, but good level of Prolactine and LH for day 3.  During Dostinex treatment, LH for day 21 was 5.5, but the following day my period came.
I have some painfull days - 2-3 during my period and sometimes a very little bleeding (1-3 days) 1 week before my true period.
During Dostinex treatment my period is 22-23 days. Without Dostinex/ Bromocriptin the period is not regulated 25-27 days, with 1-2 periods a year shorter, 1-2 longer - 30-45 days. My period lasts over 5 days, with 2-3 strong bleeding, the rest very low.
We wish a lot a baby.
Could you please help ?
I would apreciate your help very, very much.
Thank you a lot.

I had my AMH tested recently during a medicated cycle and my doctor told me that the medications do not affect the results. I was not on Dostinex, though, I haven't heard of that drug before. What did your doctor say about your test results?  Best of luck to you!

Thank you very much for your answer.
My doctor noticed that AMH is bad but FSH is good. He didn't explain more.
Anyway as far as I read there are some question marks on AMH.
Dostinex is for reducing the level of Prolactine (when it is over limit).
I lost a lot of time until a doctor understood why Progesteron was so low and prescribed it to me. Now I'm fine with my hormons, although I do not have much time left if AMH says the truth. Next cycle I'll have a histeroscopy - it seems I have a polyp.
What about you? What tests have you had?
Good luck!
