How long Proge take to absorb?

I wish to know,,how long one should lie after taking progesterone vaginally?

I take progesteron supp. one in the morning and the other one at night. My RE said to lie down for 15 minutes. The RE said that they absorb quickly but a little might spill so I wear a thin maxi and I do tend to leak...yuk.

The month that I took progesterone vaginally, I would take it at night before bed, so I'm not sure about taking it during the day. Are you using a capsule? If so, I would think it would just stay up there by itself and that you won't have to lie down afterwards.
