How long after HCG shot can you expect a true BFN/BFP????

Hi-  I had my HCG shot 9 days ago...I went in today to have my levels checked and my progesterone level was over 20 but I took a pregnancy test today also and it was negative.  Is it still too early to get accurate results????  I am scheduled to have my pregnancy test done on 3/11.

Yeah, 9 days after trigger is still too early. The HCG from the trigger can stay in your system for up to 10 days, so even if you got a positive today, it could technically just be from the trigger shot. Plus 9 days after trigger is only about 7-8 dpo or so, and way too early to get a real positive if you are pregnant. I think the earliest I've seen people on here get a positive is 10 dpo, but that's not very common. Most women have to wait until about 12-14 dpo to get a positive HPT...some even longer. Best of luck!!!
