hi everyone,
how to improve egg quality..because I have heard if it's poor, chances will be less to conceive.. healthy diet,acupuncture,exercise..what really helps?
how to look for a good acupuncturist in my area?

hey, I have seen one Acupuncturist and she has told I can start it now..usually it takes 2-3 cycles to conceive so, I am planning to join Acupuncture very soon..hope it would be helpful this time..

No SS2003. Wheat grass and others are vitamins or herbs. Self decision from Dr. Google and they have no side effects. DHEA is the one DR "suggested" and he didnt prescribe it either. So most of it all by self with the hope that my next attempt will succeed.

my doctor has not prescribed any meds to improve the egg quality yet but she has recommended acupuncture because I probably will start my IVF in Jan-feb 2012..
And, I have a question, you have mentioned that you are taking wheat grass and other stuff so, your dr has recommended to take all this?

Also taking wheat grass, royal jelly, maca, omega fish oil tablets, b complex for now.
Started accupuncture, but my accupuncturist said it will be useful during stims and may not be required from now on. my next ivf attempt is in dec of jan 2012.
