Hi everyone, I did my first blastocyst transfer on 5-06-09 I go friday for bloodtest, should I have any signs at this point? I have felt moody and if I get sad I have cryed not sure if its the meds, Im on estrace and endometrin. If my bloodtest comes back that im pregnant how far along would I be? thanks

I was hoping out of the three, when we both were out atleast you should get a positive.

This gives me hope.

Thank you ladies for your support and your wishes, I am really glad I found you. Tomorrow is my Beta and I am really nervous, my DH keeps calling me to ask about any symptoms or about how I am feeling honestly he is so annoying, I talked to the nurse today she said even if it would be a positive beta we should remember my case and not to hope too much, well I will leave it to God I hear he is fair so after 8 years ttc with 4 miscarriages I think he will give me a prize this time don't you think? I think I am going crazy!! anyways i will kepp you posted my friends.

I am so sorry Fairy. I am sure it will work the next time around.

For me I have terrible stomach cramps and had a bit of browny discharge this morning. It is similar to AF. So I am sure I am out of the game as well.

We both will pray for you Eva. Hope atleast you get a positive.

Don't give up fairy. Like Eva says it is not as sensitive and you could have had a late implantation.

My beta is not till the saturday. I am only 8th dpt. They are checking my levels on 11 dpt

So you guys will know before me.

I checked it and found that walgreen's hpt measures sensitivity >50m IU To test early, you need one that will detect as little as 20 miu of hcg, it could  be the hpt wasn't very sensitive. your dateS are the same as mine so we are now 12 dpt and maybe you had late implantation. keep me posted. Fingers crossed!!!

It was a walgreen early test. My beta is tomorrow morning I would think there would be atleast a faint line, it was stark white. I couldn't agree more with that quote.

Don't give up hope just yet...still early! don't test anymore wait till Thursday, which hpt did you use? go to peeonastick.com and find out the test you did how sensitive it was.  some of them are very sensitive, some are not. please don't lose hope I will pray for you dear.
lucky, after i read your post this morning I read about giving HCG shot after transfer and I found out that it is a booster to help the embryo implant and stick on the uterus wall that's awesome I will pray for you lucky that you will get your BFP.
I cut this quote out of a magazine at my RE office this morning it was for an add : "My friends complain about stretch marks, sleepless nights, smelly diapers... there is nothing I want more."

Instead of giving progesterone, sometimes they give a HCG shot and the HCG triggers the ovaries to produce more oestrogen and progesterone. If the doctor thinks the ovaries are functioning well and will produce sufficient amounts of oestrogen and progesterone they can do this.
You don't get the same amount as the trigger which is 5000 to 10,000 units for this purpose they only give you 1500.

Hi thanks for that thought eva. I did have a HCG shot again 1 day after the transfer which was last wednesday. But hope your words come true. Good luck to all of us.

I don't have any symptoms except for the imaginatory ones every now and then.

Lucky, I was thinking you had a 5 day transfer so your ER was 5 days before the transfer your shot was two days before ER and now you are 7 dp5t it makes the HCG shot 14 days ago and after what I read the HCG shot is out of your system in 7-12 days and ususally they do Beta at 9dp5t I Bet this is you Bfp!! I will pray for you dear just have faith we will get there soon.
fairy, any symptoms? I don't have any myself but you never know maybe it is a good sign that we don't have any early signs, anyways your Beta two days from now just hang in there.

This 2 ww is killing me. I took another HPT today evening. It was fainter than yesterday.

Thank you fairy, I don't want to sound negative but for me the Beta is more important esp. I have history of early mc so till I see the baby's heartbeat  to feel good.
luckycharm, I sleep well but I am having very weird dreams, but again it is all because of the meds I am taking. We , fairy and luckycharm are having the Beta at the same time I hope we all will get BFP. HANG IN THERE ...

I read some that the HCG is out of your system in10-12 days I think you got your BFP. I'll be praying for you.

When I talked to my RE last week he told me it was too early to feel any symptoms and even if I felt any they would be from all the meds we hve been taking.
I won't tell my clinic that I did hpt's they would be so upset and I don't want that.
I will praying for you ladies, we will all have our bfps very soon.

I have my beta on 5/21 and I don't feel a thing, this morning I cheated and I did hpt (first response) it was  a faint line so I went back to the store and I got three different packages each one contains three of them I used them all I know I am crazy well this 2ww is driving crazy, I got in all of them BFP, I am 15 days post HCG shot but still don't know if it is still in my system but fairyzduzt I am like you I have no symptoms what so ever even my breasts aren't tender think positive I am sure you will get your BFP, so I am going to hold myself till Thursday.
luckycharm, I read that it is a way to find out if the HCG shot is out of your system by taking hpt till you get BFN then you test again till you get your BFP and you will!! just hold on and I am so glad I found you so we can support each other and you won't think I am so crazy just a little!

Hi fairy I know what you mean. I don't have any symptoms what so ever. I have 5 days before my beta. I just wish it was easier than this.
Have you done a HPT yet.
