I'm the living proof that...

Progesterone gives you morning sickness!
As some of you may remember we are going through natural FET cycle this month.
I'm a little paranoid so NO bding this moth (poor DH) and  so NO chance I'm pregnant naturally.
Last Friday I started my progesterone supplements (Prometrium and Crinone) and this morning I was sooooooo sick!!!
I thought some of you might find this information useful...
I hope evryone gets morning sickness for real BFP this month!
Miky

Lauren ,
your doctor knows better.
progesterone levels need to be high to avoid miscarriages.
Do not stop the medications until  your Doc says so.
Good luck,
Miky

i am currently 5.5 weeks pregnant with our first child. my hormone levels were 13.7 and 12....my doctor says this is "low normal" but he would like to see it higher. so he put me on 100mg of Prometrium 2x's a day orally until 12 weeks to increase my levels. However, I have some concerns: 1. It says right on the bottle not to use if you are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant. 2. I am afraid of all the side effects. After reading I see that it can be taken vaginally. If anyone has taken it this way does it limit the side effects? Please advise. I am nervous.

I use Crinone and I've noticed that my stomach get's very "icky" for the time I'm using it (not-so-much the nausea, but I do get the gassy, crampy, sick feeling... lovely, huh?).  I assume it's the Crinone, anyway.

I always took my progesterone right before I went to bed, so I didn't have to deal with the nausea.
