Individual Health Coverage for Infertility

Does anyone have individual health insurance (not with an employer) that covers ANY part of infertility?  I mean meds, IUI or IVF.

Thanks!

I am in texas - I looked in to Aetna, and in texas they do not have coverage.  When I was working I had Blue Cross HMO and it covered the same things.  Now I am no longer working and I am on my husbands insurance and it doesn't cover anything!!!

I have Aetna, HMO. And I am self-employed.  So far it has covered diagnostics.  That is blood work, ultrasounds for an IUI, but ONLY at my Ob/Gyn.  My IUI's cost me $300 out of pocket, but did not cover injectable meds. They cover only the consultation for my RE.   My IVF is completely self pay and I have not found one single ins. company in my state that covers IVF for individuals.
