Is There A way to know my body is ready?

For pregnancy i mean? If some of you remember me I was around b4 but i stopped trying or had to my pap was abnormal and i got Candia really bad (srry tmi)! at any rate that was August I did go to all my dr appts and got everything fixed and taken care of and my and my DH finally got to stop the protection! I also moved out of my in laws and now have my own place which has really distressed me ALOT! I started exercising and eating better i have lost 10 lbs now and i feel great!! And i noticed that my body has changed i have started to sweat more which i was worried about cus i didnt b4 and i kept hearing that was important! My hands and feet dont feel as cold either!! I hoping everything means my body is getting closer to being ready i really want to start taking the fertility vitamins again i know its a long shot cus i have been TTC for a very long time but i would like to give it another go but i was wondering if theres a way to know if my body is ready or how long it could take for me to on track?

I know what you mean about mastering the yoga poses, lol..It can get reallu hilarious, lol
As far as the soy, I have read that also.  I only have less than a cup only with my special k cereal.  I am not big on drinking milk on its own...ugh but thanks for the reminder...
Happy Wednesday to you!

I think you are on the right track...I started to get sick in 08...I am not really a sickly person.  But I got the flu twice, fainted and got hurt pretty bad in church, had to have minor sugergy on my underarms as I picked up some weird bacteria while out of the country on vacation, etc...08 was not a great year for me...Nonetheless, mid 08, ny dh wanted for us to start ttc again so we made an appt and went to see my RE.
He hit the nail on the head...He said I was spread too thin and needed to make some changes b4 I could even consider ttc.  This included, yoga (i practice bikram yoga), eating more organic foods, soy milk, losing weight to gain more energy, etc...I am happy to say that he was right.  I am a much healthier and happier person.  Plus, I have lost 18 lbs since last year so I am ecstatic.  I had two failed iui cycles (oct and dec08) but that's ok becasue my body is under control and back to normal since my lifestyle change (ovulate regularly, regular monthly cycles, hormones (thyroid) more under control causing my pcos to be better...We are now going to go to ivf mostly due to male factor but I owe the rude awakening that caused me to be able to make these changes to my RE...Your body is not a machine so once you give it the chance (helping it along) to do what it's supposed to do, it's a miracle the results you attain.

Sorry for the long post but stay on the right track, your body will thank you for it and you'll be blessed with your little miracle...
