Is cramping normal after day 3 ivf transfer

I had my day 3 transfer on January 21, 2008. I am experiencing some cramping and slight bloating but I'm ravenous with hunger, is this normal? I took a pregnancy test yesterday but it came out negative I'm sure it's too soon I go in next week for blood work. I'm just so anxiuos and nervous. It hurts goin down the stairs or even bending over to pick up my son's toys should I be concerned? I just need someone to help hold my hand.

AF = Aunt Flow (your period)

BFP = Big Fat Positive (pregnancy test)

I haven't done IVF yet, but the two times I got pregnant, I had cramping too. So it could definitely be a good sign! Best of luck!

I had cramping about 4 days after a 3 day transfer.  I though AF was on the way but it wasn't and got bfp.  I had cramps for weeks after too.  I believe cramping is quite common in pregnancy.  I didn't notice bloating but everybody is different.

Good luck to you.
