Thanks so much!!! I'm going to get him one of those vitamins asap!!!   I sure hope they are potent!!! I already have him taking 1000mg of vit C each day and no heated seats anymore either! We'll redo his SA on wednesday, and though i don't wnat to get my hopes up (esp since the last one was only several weeks ago) I sure hope that it was a fluke!!!  Its nuts to think that we were just ttc for almost a year, then my diagnosis of endo, surgery and low progesterone and now this, might all lead to ivf that quickly! kinda scarey, so i'm really hopeing we can at least do IUI with some hope!  Anyone have any luck with morphology of 2% and IUI, or all natural (using the strict criteria) and motility of 48%???   did anyone have simliar numbers as these, and if so what did yalls RE do or say about them? thanks so much!

There is also something called FertilityBlend (they make it for men and for women!)

It contains a nice blend of the things that can help - including selenium!

Thanks so much!  we are going to try these things out!  I know it takes three months to get a new turnover of swimmers, but we don't have that time! so  I hope that something will improve in the next several weeks!  or else we'll be doing IVF

Special supplement to improve sperm quality is VITAMALE. Also prenatal vitamin should help but VITAMALE should be much better.

A good idea is to eat daily red rootbeet. Should work like a miracle.

there r also some more things u can do to improve your cervical secreations so that sperms can swim easier,1st never use any vaginal douches before or after intercourse even if water only,i heard too that vit.C is v.good in thickening the secreations but not in too much amount&also u have to drink alot of water specially in your ovulation time,it is v.essential in good secreation conistancy, good luck.

You need to make sure that they don't get too hot!  So no saunas and make sure he wears boxers not briefs.  Another thing is making sure that DH does not put laptops on their lap which heats up that area too.  I always give my DH a cushion to put underneath the laptop and get him to avoid saunas and spas, especially around your ovulation time.   Also things like smoking, too much alcohol, being overweight and bad nutrition may also hinder the semen. Maybe there are some good supplements out there that improve the sperm?? Good luck.
