Hello,
Many people are Lan positive.  The Lan negative blood type is a rare recessive trait and both parents must be carriers for the child to have it. If you are rhesus negative and your partner is rhesus positive the unborn child can inherit either negative or positive blood. If the mother is negative the baby can be positive which you can come to know only after birth. You may need to be monitored closely through a couple of blood tests throughout your pregnancy to monitor antibodies in your blood .It is suggested to consult your doctor for more queries and suggestions. I hope it helps.
Best wishes and regards!
