Low AMH levels & IUI

Hi, I am 36 and have no children. I have been TCC for approx 3 year, I have had 2 failed IUI's, using suprecur and menopur and have just found out I have cysts outside my ovaries (3 x 16-18mm). My AMH levels I have just found out are 2 and my FSH is 7.9 ( normal). I have been devestated, how can my AMH be so low?? I have just started taking herbal supplements wheatgerm & Coq10 and start Acupuncture tomorrow. Has any of you concieved with AMH levels of 2 or lower? Please, could do with some positive stories :)

I am seeing a doc and she said my Amh level is classed as 'very low'. Tubes are all fine. Periods are very irregular, can go from 2-6 weeks without having one,

I don't know what units your AMH was measured in but here in the US, your FSH and AMH are considered good. Have you had your tubes checked to make sure they're clear? A low AMH does not mean you can't conceive ..and this test is controversial. I am sorry that you're having trouble conceivng. Are you seeing a fertillty doc and what does he or she think?
