Low Sperm Count

My 31 yr old husband has very low sperm count 6 million. Is it possible to conceive naturally? I'm 30  have had no problems with ovulations and have regular periods. Doctor said I am good to go but worried IVF will be the only option.

Is mobility an issue? If not, IUI may be an option before you jump into IVF. We did IVF with ICSI and it worked first attempt, but we weren't comfortable jumping right in and tried several rounds of IUI first after almost two years of trying on our own. Good luck to you!

You can still get pregnant naturally it only takes one sperm to make it and it make take a little longer but it can happen. There are some fertility vitamins you know at these health food stores the man has to take them and the women but they are for low counts to help get pregnant but talk to your doctor about it first make sure it's ok i think that can raise your bp
