Low Sperm Count

My husband has low sperm motility, not low sperm count.  Is there a difference?  I've heard that you should only have intercourse every second day if you have low sperm count.  Would this be the same for low sperm motility as well?  Motility is the amount of sperm that are actually moving towards the egg.  He only has 19% progressive (good), 14% non progressive (swimming, but not necessarily towards the egg), and 68% immotile (not moving at all).  Any ideas?
