Does anyone know if you can change your screen name on medhelp? Obviously I will not be a "mommyin08" :(

Hi. This question I posted was pretty old :) I did change my name from mommyin08 to 09. Medhelp was very helpful! On your mymedhelp page, go to the bottom where it says "contact us" and ask them to change your name. I think it took a little while before they got back to me, but then it all worked out. Good luck !
I tried but I just ended up coming up with this screen name and never use the old one.
