Low sperm count and low testosterone

Hello..
We are trying for baby from (age 29(myself) & 26 (wife)) last 4-5 months. But there is no success.
I have been asked for semen analysis by doctor.Below are results are:

Liquefaction time 30 Minutes 3ml
Viscosity Moderate
Reaction Alkaline
Sperm Count: 08 million
Mortality: 40%
Morphology: 70% normal, 30% abnormal
RBC: 2-3
pus cells: 1-2

My sperm count is very low as 08 million.
Also, Dr. has prescribed few medicines as below:
fertisure m (1-0-0, 90 days)
Doxy-1 100 mg(14 days)

And I was asked to go for some additional blood and urine tests. Below are results:
Testosterone: 187
PROLACTTN(PRL): 8.2

Urine:
Pus Cells: 1-2
Epithelial Cells: 2-3

Here, my Testosterone level is low and also urine there are some pus cells.

Could you please guide us what should i do?
Whether low testosterone is reason for low sperm count?
Is there any infection causing low sperm count?
Will the medicines help to improve sperm count?

I am very stressed now with all this reports.Kindly suggest please..

Thanks.

The meds the doc gave you will help with the low testosterone levels and yes because of that being low it can effect your sperm count, but at least you know now and are going in the right direction to fix it.make sure to take ur meds like prescribed and I think you guys will be ok
