Miscarriage after IVF-related pregnancy

I had IVF done recently.  2 weeks after the embryo transfer (29 Dec 2013), my beta hcg was 246. Doctors said 3 embryos were transferred. Then 4 weeks after the embryo transfer: a gestational sac (6x6mm) was found, no heartbeat, non-viable. 6 weeks after the embryo transfer: a gestational sac (26x14mm) was found, non-viable, and no fetal pole was detected. 7 weeks after the embryo transfer, some signs of miscarriage were found, the gestational sac was told to be similiar to 6 weeks 2 days while mine is 9 weeks. TheI was advised to take misoprostol.
Please help me name some common problems that may have led to my miscarriage. If I had IVF done again, what should I do? I have allergic rhinitis. I sneeze a lot and have a runny nose every morning. Does this affect my pregnancy after IVF?

Hi,
A lot of sneezing and coughing can cause pressure on the abdomen and hence should be treated before the next IVF cycle. However this may not be the reason for miscarriage. Rest, preventing infection and progesterone support for the pregnancy will help.
The cause of miscarriage can be hormonal issues, improper implantation, issues with the endometrium and embryos etc. Proper management of the next IVF cycle can help achieve a pregnancy.

Thanks so much, doctor! My Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is 0.86. Is there any link between my low AMH and the fact that I had no fetus development in my first IVF cycle? Although 3 embryos of good quality were transferred and beta-hcg was doubled in every 48 - 72 hours, the fetus was not developed and the fetus pole was not found after 7 weeks? What should I do to help prepare before the next IVF cycle? Thanks so much doctor! I really do appreciate your help!
