Your gonna want to give your body time to heal after the miscarriage. Doctors say an estimate of 3-6 months after a miscarriage is best, but everyone is different. Just watch your underwear or when you go to the bath room and wipe for discharge. If you get a clear lubby like discharge then your at your highest peak of ovulation. That's the best for sperm to swim threw. If it's slightly white and still a bit sticky then that's the second best to conceive. But I would really recommend that you wait until you have your first period before ttc.
