Hello..How are you? Well I called my OB and the nurse, who isn't too help-ful or friendly basically said my levels are really low, I told her I took 5 tests and all show postive, 1 digital and 4 line test, the line test were very light...
She said she is not sure why it is showing me being PG since the #'s are so low, so I go back tommorow and then will know the results of Thursday AM, as for the progestrine I won't know till Friday they said, which probably means Monday!
Honestly considering a new office, but don't have many choice here..
So when are you testing again or what is your next step?

Hi...I was just wondering about her too.  Did the doctor's office tell you what your levels are?   Sounds like they're being jerks.  The office girls at my gyn's office are pretty condenscending sometimes.  It's really annoying!

Hello
No they didn't give the #'s just stated they were low, which misses me off! I have already had 3 MC's in 8 months, the last one was due to low progestrine, they had "lost" the results, that may of sasved my baby's life within days!

I would be miffed too..they should be ontop of it since you miscarried and be checking if they've doubled.

Anything above 5 is considered pregnant.  It only matters if it's unde 5 cuz then you're not!  I'd call back and tell them you want to know the #.  The person who told you isn't able to make the diagnosis, so I'd call back and demand to get the #.

Talk to the office mgr if you have too and explain your dilemma to the head nurse there.  Is this a ob/gyn's office?    They're usually like that and treat you like cattle.  It upsets me too. Good luck.

Hey!  Thanks so much for thinking about me. It has been hard today, I have been up and down. Sometimes I get to thinking that maybe baby has not implanted yet because I am only 11 or 10 dpo today. But overall I think it is over.
Basketlover,
You definatly need to ask what your number is. I also know my hcg level, my last one was 1.8 (when I had the positive home test).  If you know your number you can determine where you are at even if they are rude to you.
My last doctor and nurse staff was awful. Very rude and demeaning, blew me off like I was just another patient. I have a new doc though and he and his staff are the most touching people I have ever met... I feel like I am the only one in the office. It is definatly worth a little doctor shopping. Your OB/GYN is the first important decision you will make for your baby.
As far as me, I am angry at the false positive. I got so excited, went out and bought nursery paint, etc.
I hope in my heart that I am not out yet....  but my head says that I am.

No...surely the HCG is out of your system.   I know everyone is different.  I m/c Dec 18 and took a pregnancy test about 14 days after I m/c and it was negative .  But it's already the end of March.

I would also say definitely not HCG from m/c if you've since seen AF.

Yes, keep us posted about the numbers!

Good luck!  I'm happy you've gotten your BFP!  I know how worried you must be.
