Ovarian cysts

I have just had an ultra sound and it shows a hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary.  Can this affect my fertility? Do they just go away on their own, it causes me no pain at all.

I also have a cyst in right ovary but I was told it should go away by itself.  The problem is that I can't start IVF cycle until it's gone and my estrogen is below 50.

Cysts are extremely common. The problem is serious when they continue to grow and don't go away. Most always, they go away within a month. If you are on any fertility meds, they are a very common cause for them as well. If there is no pain, it's likely to go away on its own.
