Ovulation

If you have a period does that mean that you for sure ovulated?

No, to know if you are ovulating you can start to chart your temp., which changes during the month as you ovulate and use opk kits.

Unfortunately no. The only way to know for sure is to test with OPK tests and sometimes if you're taking your BBT that can indicated as to whether or not ovulation has occured. Just because you have a period does not mean you ovualed!
