Any advice for women who suffer from PCOS?
My doctor just started me on the metformin yesterday.. does it make you sick at all? I don't consumer soda but I do consume a lot of caffeine which I need to eliminate. I am going to start the 500Mg twice a day.. when I look it before my periods still never came. I did get one lastmonth but still no pregnancy... I'm am getting a little frustrated maybe I will try the honey as Well and see if that helps.
I have pcos and i was put on only 500 mg metformin daily and thats a fairly low dose... but i actually started my period this month whichbis awesome! Also, i bought 60 fertility strips off of Amazon and now just waiting for double dark lines!. I am also going to try cinnamon and local honey, eating aloy of blueberries, take prenatal vitamins , and starting today i will consume no soda for a while!
