Pain under left rib?

I can't seem to shake this pain....wondering if it could be related to possibly being pg or if it's too high and I should be calling my family doctor? It gets worse and then will feel better and I can't really tell what makes it worse..

I'd call your ob/gyn... pain is your body's way of telling you something is going on.. better safe than sorry.. take care.

It's kinda more to the front, but it'll shoot to my lower right side and I have pretty consistent pain/discomfort in my pelvic bone (right above my ya-ya ;) ) and still nauseated!  I just don't know whether I could be pg or if I should go to the family doctor!  This is the part that I hate :(

Is it all the way to one side or more in the front?  I had a nagging ache on my side during early pg.  It was all the way on my side but up under the lower part of my rib.  RE said it was probably corpus luteum (sp).  It was on the side that I ovulated from.  I'm 17wks pg now and the pain is long gone.

You should definitely see if you can get an u/s.  I have a pain in my left rib that bothers me every now and then.  It feels like a bad muscle pull and nothing I do relieves it.  The docs looked for gallstones, kidney stones, and all other kinds of tests but couldn't find anything.  I believe it's my kidneys but none of the tests say so.

But be careful, as it could be anything and especially if it's related to a possible pregnancy.
