What else can I do?

My husband and I have been trying to have a child for the last 4 years.  We recently found out that he does not produce sperm.  We were told to look into adoption, foster care and sperm donation.  Is there anyway that we can have our own baby without doing any of the following options I mention above?  I need to know if there is anything else we can do?

When you say he does not produce sperm, do you mean there are no sperm in his testes or that the sperm sample shows no sperm? If he is not ejaculating any sperm, but still has little swimmers in the testes, I believe you can extract them. Not sure how costly or invasive that is, though...

Good luck to the two of you!
