Precancerous cells

Can one still become pregnant even though precancerous cells exist in the mouth of the cervix?

I tried sending a comment earlier but I'm not sure if it went thru. I have a follow up appointment on Jan 13th for the results on the in office biopsy. Hopefully I won't need another cone biopsy. It would be my second one and I'm 32 and really scared that I won't be able to have a baby. :(

Take care of the precancerous cells first.  It is not a big deal to get them frozen off.
