Hi, I hope someone can answer this question. I am 6 weeks preg., via IVF and have HCG that has doubled and progesterone has been increasing, but the last test my pregesterone went down.  Is this a normal fluctation or should I be worried... here ar my numbers:

Progesterone, 29.8, 36.3, 39 then 31

I am taking 1ml injections of progesterone every night

It's very normal. I'm also 6 weeks pregnant with FET and my last progesterone was 32 and I'm having 2 ml injections. As long as it's higher than 20, there should be no problem. I would stop worrying about my HCG and progesterone level. What matter is that you're pregnant now! Be happy and enjoy.
