I would go for the fertility one. It works on estrogen and progesterone, so its more of a women's supplement. Have your DH add extra vitamin C to his diet either with citrus fruits like orange juice every day or a vitamin C supplement, standard 500mg is fine. It will thin out the semen and help the sperm swim better.

You can get it at GNC or online. They come in different sizes. Most bottles probably last a month or so. I bought mine from GNC because it was close to home. The bottle will tell you their recommended dosage...mine was twice a day, so I took it morning and night.
Good luck! I hope this works as quickly for you as it did for me :)

I highly recommend Vitex Fruit, which can be purchased online or at GNC for about $7-15. We tried many treatments and conventional treatments over several years which were not successful for us. We tried vitex after doing a lot of research and were pregnant 3 weeks after starting Vitex. I have recommended it to friends who have struggled to conceive and one was pregnant within 4 weeks.
From my research, it works to help balance your hormones naturally and gently, which helps your body prepare for pregnancy. I also read a lot of success stories when modern methods failed. It's not a guarantee, but it was successful for us and many others. Do your own research too. I know when we try for baby # 2, we'll use Vitex again.
I hope by sharing this, we can help others who ran out of most other infertility options like we did.
