*I forgot clomid 100mg and charting BBT also...So much stuff to remember!
Thanks everyone...We have decided to keep things a secret from our families only a few close friends know we are trying...We have been tryin for over a year and seeing a RE since Jan. Our insurance doesn't cover anything so it is all out of pocket. We are only doing timed intercourse for now along with the HCG and progesterone. Was told to take a PT on the 18th....Hubby's tests all came back normal..I have PCOS and low progesterone.
Once the folliculles are broken, some liquid may be drained to the pelvic cavity and this is probably the reason why it is hurting. It is advisable to have a follicule tracking monitoring by having scans every other day after D11 and one after probable ovulation. The scan will show the corpus luteum on your ovaries meaning an egg was released. It is unlikely that all five follicules have matured and released an egg. Ususally what happens is that one dominant follicule (in your case the one with 22mm e.g.) willl develop and this one is the one that will release the eggs.
Good luck
The trigger will make you ovulate within 24 - 36 hours (RE's do this so that they can time IUI correctly). It is not likely ovulation...just pain from ovulating potentially 5 eggs.
