Side effects of progesterone

I recently started taking Progesterone.  My levels were 1.0 at 21 days, which is low.  I've been taking the Progesterone for 2 days now.  Has anyone had any noticable side effects?  I have been extremely tired the past couple of days and have had sharp on and off cramping.  Is that a "normal" side effect??  I've also been experience quite a bit of nipple tingling...I know...that may be to much info, but I have to ask.  :)

Thanks Ladies!!

Hi.  I've been taking progesterone since Jan., so some of the side effects probably just seem normal to me now!  :)  But, yes, I am totally exhausted while taking it!!!  That's my #1 side effect.
