Sperm Analysis - Calculated Method

Hi,
I am 33 years old. I dont have any smoking/drinking habits.
My wife is 26 years old. She also dont have any smoking/drinking habits.
We have been married for 5 years and looking for a baby.
She was conceived 2 years back and miscarried in 7 weeks.
We have waited for 6 months and started again for baby and still it is not going in our way.
My wife has irregular periods... sometimes even 2-3 months without periods and we are in regular checkup with gynae and induce her periods.
Recently my wife has undergone HSG test and myself on Sperm Analysis.
My wife's HSG has normal study without any complications..thank god!!
Below is my Sperm Analysis and I want to know any problem with the result...motility...

Classification --> ASTHENO TERATOZOOSPERMIA

Comments:
Low % motility and Normal Forms

I would like to know what is the mehtod cused to calculate the above sperm analysis...

Do they above analysis says 31% of 148 x 10^6 / ml sperms are progressive and moving in forward direction? comes around 45.88 x 10 ^ 6/ml sperm count..right?
Is it enough for pregancy..?
How to proceed further..Please advice

I would think you wouldn't have to undergo an iui to conceive this those numbers simply because your wife conceived before. Though I'm no expert as someone already mentioned speak with your doctor about the results. Taking the right supplements can definitely benefit your TTC journey. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply..we have already seen the doctor and advised for supplements like Zinc and L-Carnitine for 1 month...and I am already started to taking it..

My doubts are..

1. With above results, can we wait for some more time to happen naturally or go with IUI options.. ?

2. Also I have taken Sperm Analysis 3 months back and that result was
Motilty:
80%  Active
10% Sluggish
10% Non-motile

Total Sperm Count: 120 millions / ml

Morphology: Normal

Both the sperm analysis done at different countries...while the sperm count (148 millions / ml vs 120 millions / ml) and morphology looks fine in both the reports..motility has huge differences (31% vs 80%)...

Any reason for this...? In between both the tests, I didn't suffer from any fever or took any tablets/antibiotics.....sometimes felling worried are we travelling in the right direction...and my wife also started to loose her hopes as we routinely going to gynae for past 2 years and already she has tried 3 cycles of clomid this year...I am not loosing my hope and consoling my wife to be positive...Lets wait for our turn...definitely it will happen

Ask your doctor.  You are aware, I assume, that even if some are not moving rapidly others are, and that each ejaculation contains a lot of sperm?  It only takes one.  Anyway talk the number over with the doctor, and see what suggestions he gives you for those numbers, and if he even sees the "low % motility" as an issue.
