My motility is 40%. Please what is the chance of impregnating a woman. I have browsed the internet and the recommended % is >50%. Please help to analyze the result below:

Also, don't smoke, drink excessive alcohol, try to reduce your stress as well, and know that any improvments to sperm quality take about 3 months as the sperm take that long to mature.

I don't know what your chances are, but I have done a lot of research on vitamin supplementation and a daily dose of 1000mg of Vitamin C is supposed to help with motility.
