Sperm morphology

Has anyone heard of the supplement Pycnogenol? It has a variety of uses, but one is to treat male infertility.  I haven't seen sufficient evidence suggesting it is effective, but wanted to hear if anyone has experience with it and what if any impact it had.

My husband did start it Monday.  It says not to expect results for 90 days or so, which makes sense b/c I read it can take that long for the body to make sperm (from start to finish).  They come in 50 mg tablets and he takes 3 a day.  He based the dosage on what he read online.  From what I researched, it doesn't seem to have any evidence to show it actually does improve morphology, but we figure it won't hurt anything so why not try.  So far, no side effects.

What is your treatment plan otherwise?
