Stopped birth control and trying to conceive?

Hello :) This is my first time posting on this thing, but I have a situation of my own :)

I stopped birth control (ortho low, if it makes a difference) on the 21st of this month because my boyfriend and I are newly TTC. I bought a digital ovulation kit right afterward, since I knew by body wouldn't be regular since I stopped the bc, and I got a smiley face this past Friday! Bf and I had intercourse Friday, twice Saturday, and once yesterday (just in case, more of an advantage we hope). Yesterday though, when I went to the bathroom, I noticed a VERY slight pink smear through the discharge, and then the same thing again this morning. Nothing in between, nothing since. Any idea what this might be? I'm worried that it may be spotting from the bc still, and the hormones and such... and that it might mean no chance of pregnancy this month. Any thoughts?

I just thought it was strange, since the ovulation test gave me a smiley face. Eh, wishful thinking!

It very well could be your body responding to coming off of birth control. Some women become pregnant quickly while some women take up to 2-3 months for their body to regulate.
