Stress

How do I keep my stress in check? We recently started trying and I am having major breakdowns about once a month. I have been hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism and I have very irregular periods so I feel like I have too much going against me. And breath! I have an appointment with a RE in a little over month but need to at least make it to that point without another breakdown.

Hang in there, I know its been hard. We TTC for about 3 years, so I know what that time of the month feels like. The best thing I can recommend is try to stay active and busy. Start some projects or take some classes for fun, like yoga or zumba...maybe photography. It's something to take your mind and concentration off this month. Staying busy makes the time pass quickly, even just a couple nights a week gives you a mental break. The months I was busiest were the ones that impacted me the least when we didn't conceive. The worst months were the ones I had too much time on my hands and had too much time to think about it.
I hope this helps and I wish you all the best with next month's appt.
