TTC - Had an HSG test - Has anyone gotten pregnant with a block tube?

I’ve been trying to conceive for over 4 years now. I have a beautiful little girl who is 6! Great pregnancy, she’s perfect in every way!
I got pregnant again-it was an Ectopic pregnancy. I had twins around 9wks old in my right tube. My tube ruptured. I had to go in emergency surgery. My tube was removed.

I still have my ovaries and my left tube. We’ve been trying everything under the sun. Finally we are seeing a specialist about this. Had my first HSG test on the 6th. It was probably the worse pain I could’ve imagined. And to see that my left tube (my only tube) is blocked. I am just depressed and speechless.  It looked like the dye went into the tube, just didn’t come out the end. I haven’t spoken to my doc yet.

I have heard some women got pregnant after a DOC telling them the tube was blocked. Last month, my doctor told me I didn't ovulate... But this month after my HSG test. I took an ovulation test 2 days ago. And was positive!! So, of course we did the fun stuff. I also been using Pre-seed. I guess I'm just overly desperate and crazy that I will not take no for an answer!!


Any advice or stories to tell? Please. I need to hear it all. Support needed.

I did surgery in December 2014 to unblock mine...insurance covered more than half so I was pleased with that. Its worth it though. ...

I had the hsg done last week and yes it was very  painful.  Hoping to fall pregnant  this  month  as they  say it cleans out the tubes. Good luck  ladies

On there they also talk about the massage which is were I got it from and that site has saved my life. I too and ectopic in Nov, I didn't have to lose a tube, but I had to have the shot and my left tube is not really working right now so I only have one also so I feel your pain. It's a massage that you do to help lossen the things blocked in tubes and keep the blooding flowing were u need it has well has helps with your uterus . you have to use castor oil to do the massages because that also helps the  skin. I do it all the time and it seems to work and it is a good relaxer as well.
