My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past year & a half. We are both young and healthy but we're not sure what the problem is. We both recently lost our jobs and insurance, and both had to take new jobs with no benefits, so we cant really go to the doctor to see what could be wrong. do you have any advice what route we should take on TTC?

Oh yeah, keep dh out of hot tubs and no laptop on the lap. Heat kills swimmers, boxer are better than briefs, too.  Good luck!!

Once you have insurance again, you should see a dr. Normal, healthy couples should not take more than 12mos to conceive. It is really expensive without insurance though.

Pinpoint your fertile days using opks, bbt or both. Then bd every other day until you get a pos opk, then each day from the day of pos and 2 days after. Or until temp shift using bbt.
