thankyou for this info. another thingi is absolutley no coffee not even decaf because it has too much acid (i stopped coffee and went from 1 and sometimes no follicles with meds to 5 big follies wit the same meds the only difference no coffee)
I had never heard of it interfering with ttc I knew too much could cause a m/c. I had talked with my dr and he said as long as it's not a huge amount a day I should be fine. Again every woman is different. The more I read every dr practices medicine differntly especially state to state! Godo luck to you!

A couple of other vitamins that help are vitamin E, C, and of course folic acid. Vitamin E has been shown to increase sperm count dramaticly, and vitamin C for both men and women helps the sperm and eggs develop to their full potential. Folic acid helps prevent miscarriages and birth defects. Right now I am taking Prenatel, folic acid, vitamins C and E, chaste tree berry extract, and zinc along with Metformin as directed by my doctor. I really prefere the natural approach and hope this works for getting pg. Best of luck to you!
I'm all for the natural approach as well in many areas of life. However there are some couples who need the intervention due to many failed attempts at allowing nature to play it's course. Hats off to whatever helps women have their happy endings. Good luck to you as well and thanks for the info!

I whole heartedly agree with whatever works, Lord only knows how different we all are:) I have only recently started trying the different vitamins, and then my Dr. added Clomid to the mix as we have been trying to get pg for two years now. Hopefully something will work!
