Triphasic Chart? Please help! :)

Okay, I'm really really trying not to get my hopes up here.  I just want to first tell what's going on and please if you can help me please do and thank you so much!! I've never ever been pregnant. I've only been kind of close once and that was wayyy back in 2000 when I had a "pre term miscarriage".  I've never seen a + hpt. :( Anyways,

1.) I have really really sore/aching nipples for the last 10 days now.
2.) I have NONE of the normal cramps I get from AF.  I've had some cramp/twings off and on but nothing constant. As far as my stomach feeling it feels more bloated and sore on the sides.
3.) I've had heartburn. AND bits of nausea off and on. Neither are an everyday thing.
4.) I can't sleep worth a crap!.
5.) I'm really tired. I never ever nap and even joke with my mom about being "lazy" when she does yet I took a 2 hr nap myself yesterday! :|
6.) my temp has NEVER been as high as it was this morning. I'm on no medication. Last month with my temps being so high I was on progesterone.  
I told my RE I was going to try myself for 2 months before I go back for clomid.  I recently had surgery this yr in June so I wanted to try after everything was "fresh" in there. :)

Oh and could you please look at my chart??  I'm fairly new to this stuff. This is I think my 2nd "normal" charting cycle. When I started it was when I got my first day of AF right after my surgery. I was also just coming off of birth control pills.   Thank you so much in advance. I just really don't want to get my hopes up unless I have a reason to. It's just so hard because I really "feel" different this time after ovulation.    Thanks Again! :)

Piscean!! Thanks so much hun!!  I'm going to TRY to hold out until Monday.  Since I'm 10dpo today I've read about taking one this early but I just really really don't want to see another negative.  So far so good though. No spotting, cramps or anything. How are you doing today? Any news from the dr. yet?? :)

Anne, thanks so much. I wish you all the luck in the world.  We all deserves to see a nice BFP at least once in our lives and go on to have a healthy pregnancy! :)

well i dont know much about bfp as i have never had one either ( 3 years and 2 ivf ) but everything you have said sounds great and like pregnancy symptoms so just wanted to say good luck !!

Heyyy!! All of this sounds promising and i just want to wish you lots of luck this month:) i have dedinitely heard of some of these as early pregnancy symptoms.. Do you plan to test soon?
