Hello,
You should continue having sex during ovulation days. This enhances the chances of conceiving. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Exercise daily and reduce weight if you are overweight. If you still do not get pregnant in next few months then you may need evaluation to rule out secondary infertility. Endometriosis, PID, blocked fallopian tubes, ovulation dysfunction; thyroid disorders all can affect fertility of a woman. Male factors affecting fertility are decreased sperm count, decreased sperm motility, advancing age etc.Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Consult an infertility expert. Early diagnosis and treatment will help.
Best luckl!
