We are just at our first step really with iui being the least agressive and I hope itll work out.  In regards to my weight, not to advertise I used weight watchers.com. I only counted points on their website.  Good luck with the IVF!!

Sounds a lot like our situation!  I have PCOS (and some other medical issues) and my husband has low count and motility.  We were finally able to get pregnant by doing IVF with ICSI (which I think is the most AMAZING thing!!) and are now 25 weeks along.  So don't loose hope!!

That sounds good. i didnt know that low sperm count is good with IUI. how about the sperm motility? if they can swim faster; i think IUI will be a great success. we are found with sperm issues too and on our way to ICSI IVF.

good luck to you. its amazing that you lost 35 LB. how did you achieve that?

We did see a specialist they recommend iui.  And weight loss does help, I lost 35 lbs and on metformin.  I'm just boomed with the whole iui process and success.

You should go see a fertility specialist. Clomid can help with your PCOS, and diet and exercise can help with your husbands sperm count.
